With a foundation in Substance Abuse Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I believe in the innate strength and resilience of individuals to heal themselves. My name is Jeff Teddy Flowers, and I am licensed in Florida via telehealth and by the State of N.C as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have also completed certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, CPT (Cognitive Reprocessing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (often utilized in treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders). I currently hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Psychology from Park University (2002), Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Webster University (2005). I have over 18 years practical counseling experience.
