I have experience working with children, teens, adults and families who have struggled with anxiety, depression, insecurity, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, crisis situations and complex family issues.
There are moments when life becomes overwhelming and unmanageable. You may have tried a variety of self-help tactics, joined online support forums and talked to family and friends…..All are helpful options, but you may still feel stuck and in need of additional support. Should you consider counseling, know that I will strive to provide an open, relaxed and non-judgmental environment. In this space, my goal would be to work collaboratively with you to empower you to make needed changes by drawing on your inner strengths and resiliency. This is my passion and I look forward to joining you on your journey to wholeness and healing!

As a licensed therapist, I specialize in Trauma Informed Therapy to help both adults and children overcome these challenges.
Are you or a loved one dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic experience? Do life transitions leave you grappling with feelings of depression or anxiety? Are you concerned about your child's negative behaviors, sleep disturbances, or difficulties during a divorce? It's important to understand that children primarily operate based on emotions, while adults tend to use rational thinking. This emotional focus can impact a child's ability to make effective decisions and express their feelings.

I've worked with children, teens, and families to help them navigate difficult and overwhelming seasons.
Have you watched your child struggle, feeling hopeless and defeated? Have you wondered why parenting this child feels so hard? Do you ever feel like you're at the end of your rope and you have no idea what comes next, but you know that something has to change? I'm Mollie, and my goal is to offer support and encouragement in these seasons that can feel dark and hopeless. Being a kid in today’s world is not easy, and making decisions as parents can be just as challenging. I believe every family has the ability to grow and overcome challenges together.

I have advanced training in play therapy, which provides a way to communicate with children/adults who find classical "talk therapy" to be difficult.
Through great pain comes better awareness and understanding about ourselves and the world around us. My journey as a counselor began during my experience with war deployments, which inspired my search to find ways to help others who are hurting. After completing my Master's degrees in Couples and Family Counseling, I have worked extensively with the court system, with families in need, and with individuals of all ages. My other passion in life is speaking and learning more Spanish. I offer therapy sessions to adults, children, families, and couples. I am a certified hypnotherapist.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings with children, adolescents, adults, and families in efforts to navigate an array of mental health needs.
Knowing where to begin when seeking help with our personal struggles is, for most, a challenge in itself. Finding comfort in the familiarity of solitude and unhealthy means of managing our struggles is what we become accustomed to and feel a sense of security. Change and the uncertainty that creates, is where belief comes into play. Belief that life can be different, and that we ourselves are capable of taking the steps to change. I believe in individuals being their own greatest advocate and strive to create a safe space for them to navigate the challenges that have clouded their path.
