My desire to help others build strong, resilient families came from my own experiences as a husband, father of six and soldier. During my twenty years in the Army, I deployed 6 times-5 combat tours and 1 peace keeping mission. As a result I had to learn how to navigate life's transitions, manage stress and anxiety, overcome trauma and all the while leading my family through it. My desire is to help others do the same by providing a place to work through and overcome their challenges in life.
