My clinical concentration has mostly focused on teens and adults in acute inpatient psychiatric facilities. I specialize in solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy that targets anxiety, depression, relationships, and clients that are dealing with big transitions or adjustments in their lives. I am partial to military service connected clientele but I am open to all demographics. I am a Star Behavioral Health Provider for military personnel and have been educating myself more on military culture. I have experience with other mental health concerns and populations as well, which I enjoy helping clients work on.
