As a seasoned counseling psychologist, I have found that you "can't heal what you don't feel" and that most emotional difficulties stem from difficult experiences and relationships earlier in life. Helping you understand how your past experiences result in current struggles is a pivotal part of the help I offer. Additionally, I will provide you with tools such as mindfulness, and coping strategies, and emotional awareness exercises. Tracey is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with additional training in trauma recovery, post-traumatic stress disorder/symptoms (PTSD), Sensory Processing Disorders, Equine Assisted Mental Health (EAMH), and Sex Therapy. Her unique experience embodies a holistic approach. She combines traditional talk therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), equine therapy, and somatic techniques for effective symptom relief and client empowerment. Tracey works with military personnel and their families, couples, and the LGBTQIA community. Tracey is knowledgeable of world religions, Native American spirituality and Christian faiths; she is understanding of individuals who consider themselves atheist, humanist, agnostic, seeker, or other.

Dr. Jones is an Educator, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Board Certified Coach, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with over two decades of experience. Elizabeth Gamble, Psy.D. is a clinical neuropsychologist with experience at a major regional medical center and in private practice. She evaluates and treats adult patients with mental illness and neurological impairment, preferring cognitive-behavioral and hypnotherapeutic techniques during individual psychotherapy sessions. From her nearly three decades of assisting those with significant mental and physical suffering, she has learned that the capacity for resilience lies within each of us, sometimes needing a spark, and sometimes a candle, to light the fire within.
