My client's needs are personalized and specific to their individual circumstances. They may require help in identifying and challenging negative thought patterns or behaviors that are contributing to their difficulties. They may also benefit from learning new coping strategies, developing healthier communication and interpersonal skills, or building resilience and self-esteem.

I see clients of all ages; however, I usually see the adolescent population. I have seen clients with various diagnoses including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, behavior issues, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

As a clinician, I enjoy working with clients as young as 4 years old and those well into adulthood. I strongly believe that clients are the experts on themselves; my job is to partner with clients to better understand their needs and help guide them in building skills to help them manage their day-to-day stressors and challenges. I am often sought out to help clients with behavioral and emotional needs, process grief, and address childhood and/or complex trauma.

Kris is experienced in counseling and treating child, adolescent and adult populations through individual, group and family therapy. She works with those facing mental health, behavioral and substance use challenges to achieve their overall whole person goals through mindfulness and therapeutic techniques with a strength’s perspective and person-centered approach.

Our independently contracted therapists enjoy working with couples, adults, teens and children. We also respect and enjoy working with the military, understanding the unique challenges of military life.

We are here to help you navigate your feelings, whether they be depression, anxiety, trauma, fear, or any other emotion. Our office is small but we have three therapists, one male and two females. We have a certified play therapist who sees children as young as 3, and a registered trauma specialist who also sees children as young as 3. We offer not therapy, but also supervised visitation, supervised parental hand-offs, and supervised phone calls.

My name is Nancy Tillman and I am a licensed clinical social worker associate (LCSW-A). I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University. I graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a Master Of Social Work in July of 2019.
