Hey there! Welcome to my page :) A little background, I graduated from UNCC with my bachelor’s in psychology in 2018, and more recently in 2022, from the University of Kentucky with my Masters in Social Work. I love all things art and music related and love to bring those to the therapeutic space. We will lean into your strengths and build a positive therapeutic relationship at a pace that you deem appropriate. I look forward to getting to know you and working through the hurdles of life, together.

My goal is to provide an intimate environment that is safe, supportive and confidential. I offer a wide variety of experiences working with many different life challenges. I will walk with you through your journey and work with you to restore health, hope and healing holistically.

I take pride in providing a personalized and unique approach based on each client's specific needs. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all option when it comes to providing therapy. My goal is to create a relaxed, customized experience for clients based on their individual needs and the challenges they are facing.

It is my passion to help people help themselves using a holistic approach to address the whole person. Sometimes we get so caught up in the details of life that we have difficulty seeing the big picture. Counseling can help you get more out of life, help you reach your goals and work through challenges and move forward to create and live the life you desire. Stress, anxiety, phobias, depression and life transitions are just some of the issues that I typically address within my practice.

Counseling may look different for children, teens, and adults however the goals are often the same. Reduce distress, cope more effectively, and find more happiness in life. A specialty of mine is working with individuals with ADHD and Autism. Each person's journey to wellness is different, so I meet each client where they are at providing support and validation. Counseling is a great place to work on understanding yourself, others, and gain helpful coping skills.
