I typically use tenets from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT), Psychodynamic, and other client-centered approaches in order to meet the unique needs and challenges of each client, regardless of age, race, or gender.
Everyone needs someone to talk to. Someone who will listen and encourage, without judgment or condition. Someone who will not give advice, but will collaborate with them in finding the best path on their journey to finding some peace and contentment in a not-so-peaceful world. If you are a child, tween, teen, or adult and this sounds like, you, we could be a great fit. I provide a very realistic, yet compassionate experience for individuals (and families) who experience symptoms relating to anxiety/depression, self-esteem/bullying, Bipolar, ADHD, High-Functioning ASD, Women's Issues, Dom. Violence, Grief, Anger, and Trauma.

I use many types of therapeutic techniques (EMDR, CBT, etc) that help you slow down the hectic realities of life and find balance and direction in your journey.
Our Practice Is Accepting New Clients! You are feeling overwhelmed; with your family, with your career, with school, with daily tasks. Every day is like walking uphill through the mud. Even being on this website is a chore that you know you need to complete, but that doesn't make it any easier. Maybe you feel anxious as hell because of how stressful your situation is. Let's work with that. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative partnership in which we work together to find the balance you are searching for.

I think of therapy as a journey. I see my role as walking along side my client, shedding light on the past, helping make connections between events, thoughts, actions, and feelings. Working collaboratively, we make use of these insights to develop new perspectives on the past and the present. At the end of our time together, I want my client to feel more secure and confident moving forward under their own power, liking who they are and what they have to offer the world.
