I work with adults of all ages who find themselves overwhelmed by situations in their lives. The issues might involve end of relationships, serious health conditions, conflict in relationships, and grief. Adults have multiple responsibilities that include earning a living, meeting financial expenses, caring for children and older family members. It is natural that we forget to think about ourselves. We may become irritable, sad, resentful, and tired all the time. We want someone who can listen without judging.
