When did things get so hard? And honestly, just saying things are hard makes me feel guilty, because I know others have it harder. I should be grateful, right? But how do I do that when sometimes I feel like I hate everyone? And how can I hate everyone sometimes, but also worry about the state of the world? Plus, me and my significant other are out of sync. I’m worried about our relationship. I know I should talk to someone, or that we should talk to someone, I just don’t know if I even have the energy.

I work with creatives, professionals, and men. On New York State of Mind, Nas sings, "I never sleep, cause sleep is the cousin of death.” Maybe you too aim for excellence, work hard, and crush goals. But you haven’t found a work-life balance, or your current role is smaller than your aspirations. Or you relate to Propaganda's line “I’m not the artist I’m the canvas” and you create and inspire others through art, music, design, etc. But you are not inspired in daily life. It’s hard to translate that creative process to your personal habits, relationships, coping skills and day to day living.

I am Olatunde, which means "honor comes again." I love to think and connect deeply, creating life-changing bonds of mind and spirit. I like to explore the most intimate connections possible between people--particularly for individuals and couples. The deepest issue, need, and goal we have is to connect intimately and completely with at least one person. We want to fully know ourselves, and be mutually known by at least one person. Sometimes therapy is our first experience of this, but it shouldn't be our only or last experience. I will help you find your truest identity and intimacy--first in, then beyond therapy.

Hi, I am Rachel and I am looking forward to connecting! Humans have a wide range of emotions and it’s okay to need some support navigating them. People come to therapy for lots of different reasons and sometimes they don’t even know the reason until several sessions later. It’s brave just to start! My goal is to meet clients where they are at and help them develop mindsets that allow them to evolve mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, or in their own way. I firmly believe our mental health matters and it has an affect on every aspect of our lives!
