I have the heart to serve those that have been wounded in their life journey and desire to heal from these experiences. Our bodies, minds, and brains are so complex. Therapy is a journey that includes a comprehensive road map for treatment based on your goals.
Much of my formal training and certifications are for the treatment of trauma both acute and complex. I am a trained TBRI practitioner, EMDR, practitioner, Certified Amen Clinic Brain Coach, Certified in Internal Family Systems, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
