In the intensity of life its easy to feel thrown off: How do we recover our balance? Sometimes it helps to have support in figuring out next steps, finding open ground in your world. As a Contemplative Psychotherapist my practice is most appropriate for those with their own practice background, or an interest in cultivating a mindful approach to life.
For years I have been a crisis co-responder with emergency personnel, offering psychiatric support on scene with clients in crisis. I teach mindfulness and the martial art of Aikido , which inform my compassionate and centering work with clients.
