My approaches are cognitive-behavioral, Gottman couples counseling, career counseling, and solution-focused counseling. I offer broad mental health counseling to adults (18+) desiring to find positive change in their lives. If you prefer specialized counseling, I offer in-person couples counseling, individual in-person or telehealth counseling, or Christian counseling (if requested).
