My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and process through their stories in the counseling relationship. I believe it is a great honor to be able to walk alongside clients during their counseling journey. I have a specific interest in counseling adults, teenagers, and athletes with depression/anxiety issues, life transition adjustments, sexual addiction, trauma, codependency, relationship issues, and sports performance issues.
I specialize in nervous system regulation and recovery. I also help clients by guiding them to understand and heal their internal conflicts using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. My specialty lies in addressing the root causes of internal conflicts and compulsive behaviors and helping clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
