I am passionate about helping clients take good care of their health, enrich their relationships, and live with more presence and joy.
In short, my style is curious, strengths-focused, and centers family systems theory and broader cultural context. I respect and celebrate all intersections of identity and background. In our early sessions, we'll get to know each other, explore your concerns, set some goals, and gradually work toward the healing and change you seek.
A therapeutic relationship is the basis for our work, so please always feel free to bring up questions, comments, and concerns.
