The foundation of my work is offering my presence with great attention, curiosity and care in such a way that enables you to naturally progress toward healing and growth at the deepest levels of your experience, selfhood, and relationships. My approach is interpersonal and psychodynamic, and explores personhood through story and emotional/relational process.
I work with adults, teens, and couples. Common presenting issues include mood disruptions such as depression/anxiety; relational concerns such as partnership struggles and social isolation; abuse/neglect and trauma, especially within family of origin; losses and life transitions; and identity questions, in such areas as vocation, sexuality, and gender.
