Therapy is a space for you. There is no pressure or judgment here. We go at your pace as we engage in a process of healing and change together. I’ve worked with many people over time (whether in-person or virtually) who have come in feeling a range of difficult emotions, and through the process of our work together have become more emotionally settled, empowered, and have felt more in control of their lives.
I work with adults (18+) and specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, fear of flying, grass is greener syndrome, and the mental health connection to chronic migraines. I have been in practice for about 15 years, am a graduate of NYU, and am affiliated with the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in NYC, where I did my post-graduate training.
