My therapeutic specialities include trauma, anxiety, relationships, and overcoming perfectionism and people-pleasing behaviors. I enjoy pairing evidence-based therapeutic techniques with spirituality and alternative therapeutic tools like breathwork. My strengths include connection, growth, learning new things, and synthesizing information.
I am committed to meeting my clients where they are at in life. I work with teens, women, BIPOC, children of immigrant parents, and first-gen professionals.
