I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in New Jersey. My ideal client is someone who is ready to share their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who may be experiencing or have experienced external or internal stressors. We will work together to become aware of patterns and learn how to effectively set boundaries in different areas of your life. I enjoy collaborating with clients to create a plan or develop skills to make those stressors more manageable.
My role is to guide you while you grow as an individual. As a Licensed Social Worker, I've worked with individuals, families and ran various therapy groups. I have varying experience but specialize in anxiety, low self-esteem, life-transitions and trauma. I like to utilize various therapeutic approaches to encourage growth and self-exploration including CBT.
