Hello, my name is Nate Rose, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I provide trauma-informed individual therapy to adults ages 18-100(+), and family therapy to those navigating support of a loved one that is aging, and/or experiencing a chronic, disabling, or terminal health condition. I've been a therapist in a community mental health setting for the past 5 years; I have 7 years prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, 4 years working with older adults with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias, and 3 years working with older adults with severe mental illness.
I'm currently accepting new clients and am available for evening (M-F) and weekend appointments. I offer telehealth to adults living throughout the state of CA, and I am open to providing home-visits in Sacramento to older adults, individuals with disabilities, those experiencing chronic or terminal illness or who would be better served in their environment.
