Because of my own experiences with trauma, I have a unique understanding of the importance of working with someone who “gets it”. Trauma and grief are incredibly heavy and affect all aspects of our lives. Through therapeutic work, I have found my way to the other side. My passion is to help others do the same.
I specialize in Trauma, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse and Recovery, Sexual Orientation, Life Transitions and Stress Management. I draw from various therapeutic approaches including Rogerian, Polyvagal, CBT and IFS. I practice using a person-centered multi-cultural approach.
