Hello! I am licensed in both Oregon and Idaho and look forward to meeting you! I believe that every individual has the capacity to heal and grow regardless of how deep the wounds, that no one is broken beyond repair. However, sometimes we find ourselves moving through life in a way that is hindering our potential or no longer serving us well, which can often be the catalyst for seeking counseling. I am dedicated to seeking out ways to educate myself in decolonizing my practice and life. I will meet you where you are and work with you to find the balance you are seeking.
I work with young adults, adults, and couples with a range of presenting issues. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+, sexuality, HSP's, trauma and post religious transitions. I am passionate in working with individuals or couples navigating self-doubt, shame, or identity issues due to strict religious upbringings. Poly and kink affirming.
I believe in the power of creating an opportunity for one's voice to be heard. I value empathy and trust in the ability of the therapeutic relationship to deepen ones awareness within themselves. I see an incredible amount of beauty and strength when moving through that pain and gaining back our voice. I also provide counselor supervision for folx in Idaho.
