Welcome! I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them find their inner strengths, overcome the challenges they face, and reach their therapeutic goals. I primarily work with children, teens, and college-aged students. I currently have morning (virtual) and afternoon (in-person or virtual) availability.
I have experience working with children and their parents, teens, and young adults. I specialize in trauma-informed treatment, PTSD, self-harm and suicidality, anxiety and depression, and self-esteem issues. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, elements of play therapy, mindfulness techniques, and values-based techniques with clients.
