Natasha (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in both Maryland and Texas. She has a passion for working with adults navigating perinatal/postpartum (including grief and infertility), anxiety, trauma, and adjusting to all of life’s stressors and transitions. She’s had experience working with individual adults and couples on a myriad of concerns throughout her career.
She enjoys being collaborative around goals and what you want out of your therapy experience. Many times, she will use a mixture of CBT and Attachment Theory, and has completed Level 2 Gottman training. However, the most important part of therapy is feeling comfortable in the therapy room. Regardless of how you identify, all are welcome!
