I specialize in working with people who currently are, or have been, impacted by complex relationships with friends / family who are suffering from addiction and/or mental health illness. I sincerely enjoy helping clients manage the impact of these relationships and navigate the challenges that come with them so they can lead more enjoyable lives. I also specialize in working with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, using Exposure Response Therapy to guide clients in confronting their anxieties and resisting the urge to engage in compulsions.
I am trained in multiple modalities and adjust my therapeutic approach based on your needs as my work is based in the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I will help you learn about boundaries, focus on better understanding yourself and others, improve your communication, and better cope with uncomfortable emotions.
If you or someone you know is feeling overwhelmed, unsure, scared, and at the end of your rope, or your life is being significantly impacted by obsessions, compulsions, or intrusive thoughts, please reach out to me.
