My goal is to help my clients function at their highest level, maximize their potential, and live their best lives. When feeling depressed, anxious, stuck, angry, or otherwise emotionally overwhelmed, it can be difficult to effectively participate in society. Human beings are inherently social and our well-being depends greatly on our ability to relate to others. Psychotherapy can help to improve interpersonal relationships, reveal insights about ourselves, highlight opportunities for cognitive and behavioral growth, and provide the support necessary to take the right steps toward a more satisfying future.
I provide in-person and online counseling to all humans, starting from the age of 11 years old, including Gottman Couples Counseling, family therapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy, art expression, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, client-centered therapy and self-psychology. I believe that race, gender, and disability are social constructs.
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health (in fact, the two can't be separated). I follow the motto: "Give a person a fish, and they will eat for a day.
