I believe that every person has the ability to grow, change and overcome obstacles in their life. Within the nurturing environment of a therapeutic relationship, individuals can deepen their understanding of themselves, while learning new ways to handle life's difficulties. My areas of expertise are individuals struggling with substance, gambling disorders, and mood disorders. I work with a diverse range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, major depressive disorder, Bipolar II and adjustment difficulties. Lets work together on creating a safe place to sort it out.

As we all have different needs, strengths, barriers, & goals, I use an eclectic, individualized, & collaborative therapeutic approach. I am person-centered; you are the expert on you. I combine empirically based interventions including CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and REBT.
