I have a background in community mental health as well as college counseling settings and use an integrative therapeutic approach, individualizing treatment to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centered approaches.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to feel seen and heard. Utilizing this approach, I work collaboratively with clients to identify current challenges and obstacles, gain insight into where these are stemming from, and work to overcome these challenges and improve emotional well-being.
