Everyone needs a safe and non-judgmental space to be honest about areas of struggle. Maybe your anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms have you asking, "what is wrong with me?" I will listen and validate those things that are difficult in your life. I will also help you to see how and why your stress response is perfectly normal, and work with you to find a way forward. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults of all ages who are struggling with a variety of concerns, including insecurities, anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship conflict, and phase-of-life issues.
If your trauma is too difficult to talk about, I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based approach which helps you to keep the knowledge of your event while losing the pain associated with it.
I schedule sessions in person and virtually, and have occasional weekend availability. It is my honor to be part of your journey to finding renewed hope.
