Healing PTSD from sexual trauma or infidelity, exploring your sexuality or gender, and family wounds are all issues continually impacting our human experience. These are things I can help with. Additionally, I am deeply familiar with exploring trans identity both individually and in relationships. I also have intimate understanding of how Disability and Autism can impact your idea of self, safety, and the world around you.
With a certificate in Sex Therapy, I work from a lens of consent, openness, exploration, and curiosity. My training emphasized creating safe spaces for intimate subjects, which translates well into the work with Trauma. I also studied Attachment focused EMDR and am happy to facilitate this modality into our healing work.
I am a neurodiversity, LGBTQIA2S+, and disability affirming therapist. I believe we survive our traumatic experiences through the use of tools like humor and I bring this into our space regularly.
