I work with adults and couples, and I am skilled at figuring out what each of my clients uniquely need to be able to function as their most healthy self. I provide a safe, warm, and calm environment for my clients, and I care deeply about my clients and their needs.
I have experience working with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. as well as sexual issues. I have training in marriage counseling, trauma work, and family systems therapy. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and am trained in EMDR.
