I recognize the vulnerability and courage it takes to start making real changes in your life. No two people are alike, and we all have our unique soul signature.
I primarily work with adults 18 and older. I have worked in the mental health field for the past eight years in various roles. I have experience with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD and complex trauma, relationship and attachment issues, substance abuse, and grief and loss.
I have witnessed personal growth in clients using talk therapy, while incorporating mindfulness and other techniques. I am trained in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing) and at times use body-based techniques for trauma.
