I am an apprentice therapist utilizing various methods to lead clients to healing. I specialize in working with children in search of their center. I adore supporting highly sensitive and gifted children (as well as their parents) in individual, emotional and behavioral growth. I especially love working with teenagers and women discovering their most authentic self and dealing with issues such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and transitions. With children I utilize Synergetic Play Therapy allowing your little one space and time to communicate challenges through their play. Children gently move towards healing as they work through big feelings such as anger, sadness, and anxiety. With teens and adults I utilize talk therapy with an emphasis on obtaining positive self-worth.
I am a passionate, trauma-informed, developing clinician driven to create a safe, connected environment. Together, we will work to explore and discover underlying needs. As barriers are shed and individuals begin to find their true authentic self my hope is to empower children, teens and parents to live with positive self-worth and authenticity.
