I would love to provide a safe space for those who are searching for somewhere to heal, share, hurt, feel, grow, learn, or overcome. I have been privileged to work in health care and now in the mental health field. Each of these experiences has taught me so much about healing and overcoming. I believe that as a therapist I am privileged to sit with clients during their dark moments and difficulties as well as their wins. I never want those who come to me for safety to worry that there will be judgement or shame. Taking care of yourself and your relationships should be a safe space.

I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I love working from an attachment lens and utilizing aspects of Emotionally Focused Therapy. I have training in trauma-focused therapy as well as EMDR therapy. I also have experience, and enjoy, working with adolescents and teens.

One of the things I love most about being a therapist is that I can see the unique strengths and wonderful qualities that all my clients possess. I feel so privileged to be able to watch the healing and progress that comes from addressing mental health. Compassion, empathy, and authenticity are all qualities that are important to me as a therapist.
