Reaching out for help is the first step on the courageous journey to heal. Helping people learn how to protect their peace and creating a space that is safe for healing trauma is something I am passionate about.
My desire as a therapist is to help individuals heal through a person-centered, holistic, and mindful approach that recognizes the importance of an authentic and compassionate therapeutic relationship.
My space is one that embodies light, laughter, and peace while always keeping it real through the hard times. I hope to collaborate with anyone that is trying to heal their trauma, navigating grief, living with anxiety and depression, and with people of all ethnicities and backgrounds trying to become whole again.
