I specialize in working with Gen-Z and Millennial folks who are exploring their life purpose, navigating their evolving careers, and are actively ready to create meaningful change in their lives. I am highly trained in the treatment of anxiety, depression and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder. Some other topics I explore in my work are perfectionism, negative self-talk, shame, fear of failure, anger, executive functioning, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, social anxiety, co-dependency and issues within relationships. I also provide couples therapy to those wanting to strengthen or repair their relationship.
I take a holistic and eclectic approach when it comes to therapy and curate the treatment plan according to my client’s needs. Some of the therapeutic techniques I use include DBT, CBT, Social Rhythm Therapy, Internal Family Systems, ACT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Meaning Centered Psychotherapy and the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
I’m immensely passionate about helping people tap into the strengths they may not have known existed within them. I practice from a lens in which I see an unlimited amount of potential in all of my clients.
