I take a holistic approach to therapy using common sense, theory, and cognitive-behavioral methods. When I meet with a client, I provide assistance and guidance in the process of incorporating your mind, body and the essence of the soul to allow you the opportunity to become, empowered and enlightened.
You will learn to address the issues in order to leave behind stress, anxiety and depression. I specialize in multicultural and diversity issues because living in two cultures can be very overwhelming.
I also specialize in women's empowerment issues in order to assist you in achieving your full potential as a person. I have experience working with military members and their families on and off military installations. I look forward to hearing from you!
