Hi, I'm Natalie! I believe in the strong in the innate potential of every individual to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and embark on a journey of continuous self-discovery and personal transformation. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds who are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, and the nuances of the human experiences through a trauma-informed lens. I specifically work with clients managing OCD symptoms, processing trauma including childhood trauma, navigating professional and personal boundaries, and general life concerns.
I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and traditional talk therapies through an IFS-informed lens to support my clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth. I also utilized DBT to support my clients in skills building and maintenance, if appropriate.
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and aspirations without judgment.
