Groups
Weekly Interpersonal Process Group
This is a weekly psychoeducation and process group for clients of Perspectives for Thought Therapy. Client must meet with individual therapy for 3 sessions before entry to group. Client does NOT have to continue individual therapy to have access to weekly group therapy. This group helps with undoing aloneness but being with a community where you will realize you are not the only one who struggles. Group therapist leader will also share stories to illustration healthy versus unhealthy relationship dynamic. This is an excellent way to become a better partner, parent, friend; and build a community with others who want to work on themselves.
