I have immediate openings for new clients for individual talk-therapy and EMDR. I know the decision to go to therapy and the process of finding a therapist can be scary and overwhelming- let’s talk about it. I welcome conversation from you about how you’re feeling and what you might be worried about with this process. I use telehealth on a HIPAA secure platform and can meet with any client in Washington State. I offer 20-minute free consultations for potential new clients. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and EMDR trained. I specialize in faith transitions and religious trauma.
My goal is to create a caring, empathetic space for you to explore. I like to take a two-factor approach to therapy. Together, we can link what in your past is influencing your current behavior and emotions in addition to learning about and gaining relevant skills to implement in your daily life.
I specialize in working with queer clients, neurodivergent clients, and clients who have experienced religious trauma. I have lived experience of leaving a high-demand religion (the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints/Mormon) and the deconstruction process. I bring that knowledge and empathy into the counseling space.
