I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes everyone needs a safe space to process and heal. I am a believer in holistic healing meaning we must integrate mindfulness and movement in addition to talk therapy. My approach includes holistic practices such as, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) in order to best address your needs.
I specialize in working with individual who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma. I also work with couples who are wanting to be pro-active in their connection and set themselves up for success and couples who feel they are in crisis.
