Hi, I'm Natalie! I have found the therapeutic space to be necessary in healing different parts of ourselves while learning how to cope with and improve mental health challenges. I strongly believe entering a space dedicated to your own healing will bring a better life experience with a deeper connection to yourself and those around you. I understand the challenges that come with mental health issues and life in general. My focus is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to heal and grow. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I work with individuals to address their unique needs and goals.
Most of my work has been geared towards healing from eating disorders, disordered eating, addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and childhood core wounds. In the therapeutic space we also explore daily habits, existential questions, relationship with ourselves, relationship with others, and dreams/goals.
