Life is a long road, full of ups and downs, and I’m here to travel part of the way with you. I’m Natalie, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can tell your truth and know you’ll be heard and valued no matter what. I’ve been fortunate to experience the power of empathic listening, and I want to offer a space for you to feel safe, seen, and hopeful about the possibility of whatever change you’re seeking. Whatever you’re dealing with, you are not alone.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults on challenges like anxiety, panic, depression, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and on identity explorations around race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and spirituality. I hold an interdisciplinary trauma certificate from the University of Michigan and am open to a wide range of techniques in practice.
