Anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, medical issues, life transitions, and low self esteem are all issues I have successfully helped others to deal with. I work with individuals and couples.. As your therapist it is my role to help you to sort out your feelings, beliefs, and values so that you can become aware of your options and resolve your situation in a comfortable manner.
I have a master's degree in social work and I attended a three year post graduate certificate training program, The Gestalt Center of Long Island, to develop my skills as a therapist. Through the years I have continued to attend workshops to advance my skills and knowledge.
