Your values and goals will guide our sessions as you move toward growth, healing and connection. Throughout our work together, I will focus on your strengths and inherent resilience. I am here to empower and support you as you clarify your identity and increase your ability to engage in fulfilling relationships. A safe and trusting relationship with each client is a large focus of my practice. I strive to be warm, transparent and genuine with each person I work with.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes strengthening your relationship with yourself and others, increasing your flexibility, choice and self-compassion. Together we will explore your core beliefs about yourself, others and how those beliefs impact your current actions. I will support you in communicating your emotions, values-based choices and self-acceptance.
I provide tele-therapy for those in Colorado covered by Medicaid, Aetna, CO Access, Optum, United, Rocky Mountain and Cigna. Telehealth removes barriers and means therapy can happen in a comfortable place for you. I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous choice.
