I take a client-centered approach to therapy which means I meet clients where they are in their process of change. I am trained in the following evidence-based modalities: TF-CBT, CPT, CBT and Parent Management Training. I also utilized Internal Family System, which allows me to teach people about the power to heal oneself and embrace yourself fully.
