We’ll use this safe and nonjudgemental environment to explore your inner thoughts, emotions and experiences. I know that every individual has strengths within them that, when nourished, can help them thrive.

My approach to therapy is integrative. My foundational therapeutic lens is client centered, strengths based and anti-oppressive. Throughout our work I will integrate different therapeutic styles and techniques as is applicable to you specifically. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, mood disorders and trauma.
