The one constant in life is change, and my goal is to hold space for my clients as they navigate the many changes and bumps in the road that life brings. I am passionate about collaborating with my clients on their goals, celebrating wins, developing coping strategies, and improving their relationship with one's self and others.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults on issues such as life transitions, identity exploration, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and body image concerns. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community. I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens and incorporate various modalities to best serve my clients.
