I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents who are coping with pervasively invalidating experiences. My goal is to assist you to develop self-understanding and self-compassion. I work with clients who want to build on their capacity for emotional regulation, safely process their experiences, and establish and hold boundaries in their relationships.
I use a relational and attachment-based approach to co-create a supportive and affirming dynamic with each of my clients. DBT techniques may be used to facilitate the strengthening of your internal resources, and CBT skills are used to modify thought patterns so that your self-talk can encompass your resilience and strength.
