I work from my intuition, and encourage clients to listen more closely to theirs. I employ narrative exercises, music, poetry, art, breath work, guided visualization, and teachings from my yoga practice. Genuine connection brings alive these tools for anxiety and depression symptom management and trauma resolution. I also offer walking therapy sessions.
